We realise that every case of our Client (legal entity as well as an individual), regardless of its complexity, is important to them and requires an individual, pragmatic approach. Therefore, we have created a place where the standard for providing legal assistance is the kind of assistance that we ourselves would like to receive. We listen, analyse and propose solutions and then act consistently, while remaining flexible and open to new circumstances. We shy away from ad hoc actions without placing them in the broader context of our clients’ activities.

We focus on transparency and regular contact with the client. Our priority is that they always have a full overview of the stages and effects of our cooperation. We maintain a high standard of information flow, regardless of whether the client needs to present it to shareholders or family, or whether it keeps it only for itself. This approach works, as evidenced by the fact that for many of our clients we are a long-term, permanent partner. This mandate of trust is invaluable in business.

Our team is made up of lawyers who have gained experience in complex court and administrative proceedings and have worked, among others, in the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland and in construction supervision authorities and the National Tax Administration. As a result, our practice takes into account the perspective of litigation opponents, which translates into the effectiveness of our actions.

In addition, we have experienced archivists in our structure, which allows us to obtain the documents needed in cases on our own, not only from the territory of Poland. Our network of contacts with specialised institutions enables us to conduct foreign searches for lost cultural property. On the other hand, cooperation with qualified surveyors, land classifiers, town planners and civil engineers ensures a dynamic response to the needs of our clients and their fully comprehensive service.

Among our activities, there is also room for legal assistance provided pro bono to the “Community of Poles Expelled and Damaged by Germans in 1939-1945” („Wspólnota Polaków Wypędzonych i Poszkodowanych przez Niemców w latach 1939-1945”).

We also work closely with the Polish Land Society (Polskie Towarzystwo Ziemiańskie), which is an association of former landowners deprived of their estates on the basis of the agrarian reform.
