The partially developed property located on the shore of Poznań’s largest reservoir was granted a building permit. The size of the plot and its unique location made it extremely attractive on the Poznan property market.
During the sale process, which lasted many months, the Law Firm assisted the seller at every stage, starting from collecting full documentation of the real estate and representation of the company in land and mortgage register proceedings, through preparation of legal opinions on construction and commercial law, to participation in negotiations concerning the final shape of the real estate sale agreement.
