Since Poland’s accession to the European Union, the number of regulations in the area of agricultural law has increased exponentially, so that today we are accompanied by an unprecedented density of them. Most of them are solutions which have not been applied so far and which require entities which have been operating in the agri-food sector for many years to find themselves in a new reality.
