Judgment against Cinkciarz.pl

As reported in the press and in statements by law‑enforcement authorities, among the many people harmed by the activities of Cinkciarz.pl, only a small proportion of the portal’s Clients choose to pursue their claims in the civil courts. Discouraging factors include, among others, the belief that proceedings are protracted, potential procedural obstruction by the defendant, and limited prospects for enforcement. For these and other reasons, injured Clients often limit their actions to joining the criminal proceedings as injured parties, usually without realizing that this places them at the very end of the line of creditors.

Meanwhile, as practice shows, it is possible to successfully sue Cinkciarz.pl—the Poznań Regional Court, in a case conducted by advocate Maciej Obrębski and attorney-at-law Roman Radosław Gospodarczyk, awarded the Client a total of nearly PLN 1.5 million (including interest). The judgment is final and has already been submitted for enforcement, which should be significantly facilitated by the interim security obtained over the company’s assets during the proceedings.

In collection matters—especially those involving a large number of creditors—passively waiting for a distant and uncertain outcome of criminal proceedings leads only to frustration and a sense of helplessness, whereas taking active steps offers a chance for effective and prompt enforcement of claims.
