In the case handled by Maciej Obrębski and Konrad Figurski, the Court of Appeal in Poznań, like the Regional Court earlier, confirmed that the governing bodies of the agricultural cooperative had been elected improperly, as the election resolutions were non-existent. This was due to the fact that many people whose membership was questioned by the management board were not allowed to participate in the General Meeting of Members. This ruling will have far-reaching legal consequences in terms of the validity of the actions taken by the alleged management board, as well as the criminal liability of the members of the bodies.
