On April 11, 2024, advocate Maciej Obrebski, on behalf of the Supreme Bar Council, which is a permanent member of the Team for Deregulation and Economic Dialogue under the Minister of Development and Technology, took part in a meeting of the Team, during which he made a number of comments on amendments to the Civil Code and the Code of Administrative Procedure. The goal of the Team’s activities is to simplify procedures and introduce legal solutions to streamline judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as economic turnover in the broadest sense.
In the near future, advocate Maciej Obrebski and attorney-at-law Jakub Dobkiewicz will prepare a legal opinion to the above-mentioned project of the law, which will be submitted to the Ministry.
