Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the contents of Article 13(1), (2) and (3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), I inform you that:
1. The administrator of your personal data is Maciej Obrębski conducting business under the name Maciej Obrębski Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni with its registered office at Podgórna 4/9B, 61-829 Poznań, NIP: 7792074927, REGON: 300385261, e-mail address: sekretariat@kancelaria-obrebski.pl, phone: 618111860 (hereinafter referred to as 'Administrator').
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to establish contact with you, to exchange correspondence and to answer your questions asked to the Administrator via a contact form or e-mail.
3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, which is the fulfilment of the purpose indicated in point. 2, i.e. establishing contact with you, exchanging correspondence and answering your questions.
4. The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing IT services to the Administrator, including the hosting of the Administrator's website. In this case, these entities will act on behalf of the Administrator, on the basis of a contract concluded with the Administrator and solely in accordance with the Administrator's instructions.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the exchange of correspondence, maintenance of contact or cooperation.
7. You have the right to request access to the content of your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure and the right to restrict its processing. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, based in Warsaw at Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw – if you consider that your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 have been violated in connection with the processing of your personal data. (RODO).
9. The provision of your personal data is voluntary however, failure to provide data will result in the impossibility to answer your questions and to exchange correspondence with you.
10. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
11. Due to the fact that the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator indicated in point. 3 above, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. Once an objection has been received, the Administrator will no longer process that personal data unless the Administrator can demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for the establishment, assertion or defence of claims.
12. In order to exercise the rights indicated above, you must contact the Administrator by sending a request to that effect.
