Provides comprehensive services in film law cases, advising and representing, among others, film producers during the entire filmmaking process, from securing the rights to the literary original to the completion of exploitation.

He places particular emphasis on the proper arrangement of relationships within production teams and between producers, sponsors, investors and public entities. He drafts, negotiates and reviews revenue-sharing plans and all film law agreements, including film music. In her practice, she draws on both her experience from the Łódź Film School and that gained on film sets.

She complements her film specialisation with activities in the field of art law, dealing with the restitution of lost cultural property, learning, often in a truly cinematic way, the fate of people from the turn of the century.

In addition, she represents clients in reprivatisation cases – in proceedings to declare that real estate is not subject to the agrarian reform and for compensation for unlawful taking of property by the State Treasury, as well as for payment of remuneration for uncontractual use of real estate.

He provides legal assistance in the field of real estate law, dealing with the regulation of the legal status of real estate, real estate transactions (including agricultural land), the abolition of co-ownership and acquisitions.

He advises farmers and investors in the field of renewable energy, drafting and reviewing contracts that secure the long-term interests of the parties and minimise possible risks. In addition, he provides legal assistance in the field of agricultural and water law, also in cases with complex factual and legal background.
