Founder of the Law Firm, with over 15 years of experience in, among others, real estate law. He conducts reprivatisation cases concerning agricultural reform, property left by Poles on territories that belonged to Poland before World War II (“zabużańskie property”), takeover of forests and industrial plants. He has participated in the recovery of, inter alia, dozens of manor-park complexes representing his clients also at the stage of proceedings, against the State Treasury, for compensation for their destruction and for remuneration for non-contractual use of the property.

He conducts international searches for “lost property” and restitution cases of manor property, including works of art, book collections and archives.

He advises on factually and legally complex transactions and investment processes involving real estate, including agricultural land.

Participant of conferences and author of articles on the subject of lost cultural assets, including manor property, with particular emphasis on provenance and restitution aspects.

Member of the Institute of Legislation and Parliamentary Work of the Supreme Bar Council, for which he prepares legal opinions for the Sejm, the Senate and the Constitutional Tribunal on the compliance of bills with the Polish Constitution and European Union law.

A regular expert of the PRAWO.pl portal in the field of reprivatisation, agricultural law, water law and real estate law in its broadest sense. Previously, a long-standing expert of the Rzeczpospolita daily.

Awarded the medal of the Polish Land Society for special merits in pro bono work for the PTZ.

Passionate about architecture, manual construction and motor sports, especially Formula 1.
