The extremely complex proceedings to ascertain the acquisition of the inheritance of the last Lubomirski Ordynacja in Przeworsk and of 16 of its heirs have come to a final legal conclusion. The parties to the proceedings were a total of 50 living heirs, residing in 9 countries, on 4 continents. Due to the fact that the testators died in the last 80 years, often outside Poland, the laws of foreign countries applied by the Polish court. This required their prior interpretation by the Law Firm, which, moreover, in the course of the case, obtained civil status deeds and succession documents from Brazil, Iran, the United States or Canada, among others. The case was conducted by advocate Maciej Obrębski and attorney-at-law Damian Malicki.
