A specialist in inheritance law, he deals in particular with complex inheritance cases that require resolution of international jurisdiction and the application of foreign law.

Deals with reprivatisation proceedings, in particular in relation to real estate taken over for the purposes of the agrarian reform, including manor and park complexes, urban real estate and water reservoirs, as well as proceedings concerning obtaining compensation for the so-called “zabużańskie property” (property left by Poles on territories that belonged to Poland before World War II).

He advises and conducts real estate law proceedings, specialising in cases concerning the return of real estate expropriated for public utility purposes during the Second World War.

A meticulous finder of works of art, as well as a researcher of their provenance. He specialises in movable property lost due to the Second World War and the enactment of the 1944 Land Reform Decree.

Conducts complex legal and historical queries, both domestic and international, for the purposes of reprivatisation proceedings, concerning possessions from the Bug River and proceedings for confirmation of Polish citizenship.
