Attorney-at-law cooperating with the Law Firm since 2014. Coordinator on the merits.

Provides comprehensive services in real estate law cases, with particular emphasis on agricultural real estate.

Represents the Law Firm’s clients in cases for payment of remuneration for non-contractual use of real estate, return of outlays or compensation for property illegally taken over by the State Treasury.

He has participated in complex proceedings concerning agricultural cooperatives, concerning, inter alia, the determination of membership in a cooperative, the acquisition of membership rights by heirs, appeals against resolutions of cooperative bodies or criminal proceedings related to the breach of duties of members of the management board and supervisory board of a cooperative.

He advises the Law Firm’s Clients in matters of EU subsidies to agricultural land, drawing up analyses of legal risks related to the determination of “artificial conditions” for granting payments and representing them in proceedings before the Agency for the Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR).

He has experience in medical malpractice cases, both in criminal proceedings against doctors and in civil cases for payment of compensation or damages.

He has cooperated with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, the Foundation for Parliamentary Education and the European Foundation for Legal Analyses.

Participant of conferences and author of publications on constitutional law and human rights, which were published, among others, in “Ruch Prawniczy, Ekonomiczny i Socjologiczny” or “Monitor Prawniczy”. Former regular contributor to the international quarterly “V4 Human Rights Review”.

He conducted classes on constitutional law with students of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Privately – a yachtsman, a lover of Spanish-language literature, a volleyball and football fan and an amateur cook.
