Advocte cooperating with the Law Firm since 2017. In his practice, he focuses on providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, including advice on day-to-day operations and labour law, as well as supporting transactions from the negotiation stage, through the preparation of relevant contracts and documents, to representation in litigation matters, including the creation of litigation tactics and the conduct of litigation and enforcement proceedings.

He supports his clients in the process of creating and implementing sales on the Internet, including medical devices, taking into account legal restrictions on their advertising, as well as in the process of creating online multimedia platforms, taking into account intellectual property aspects and copyrights of multimedia content creators. Advises on and prepares comprehensive solutions to ensure the continuity of business operations after the death of the entrepreneur.

Since 2018, he has been a member of the Provincial Medical Events Commission at the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Office in Szczecin. Represents medical professionals in court disputes.

Specialist in claims for prohibited clauses in CHF-valorised loan agreements. He has very extensive experience in conducting cases for establishing the non-existence of a loan agreement and for the return of amounts paid to banks as loan instalments. He also represents borrowers in cases brought against them by banks for payment following the cancellation of credit agreements, i.e. for payment of remuneration for the use of capital or for valorisation of the amount of credit made available.
